Perfect. That’s who most of our members are when they start. Our coaches scale everything to your current level so you feel challenged, never crushed.
What if I can’t make it 4 days a week?
We recommend 3–4 classes per week for best results, but we’ll help you build a schedule that fits your life. Something is always better than nothing.
Do I have to be a current member?
No — this challenge is open to new women who want to try Fit30 and get extra support starting the new year.
Will I have to follow a strict diet?
