Meet the Founder
Fit30 came to life because I believe women deserve a fitness space that supports their real life, not one they have to rearrange their whole world to fit into.
I wanted a studio where strength training feels empowering, where coaching is personal, and where you can walk in on your best day or your messiest day and still feel proud you came. That’s why our sessions are 30 minutes. They are focused, trainer led, and efficient so consistency is actually possible.
But Fit30 is more than a workout. It’s a community. It’s accountability without shame. It’s learning how to build habits that last so fitness becomes part of your lifestyle, not something you “get back to” every few months.
This is what I set out to create. A place where women feel seen, supported, and strong, and where progress is celebrated in every form.

All levels are welcome! Our instructors provide modifications for every exercise. Whether you're brand new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, you'll get a great workout that meets you where you are.

Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and comfortable workout clothes. We provide mats, equipment, and all the encouragement you need. Arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can give you a proper welcome.

Absolutely! Your 2-week trial gives you unlimited access to all our classes — Strength, HIIT, Pilates, and more. We encourage you to try everything and find what you love.

No pressure! At the end of your trial, we'll chat about your experience. If you loved it, we have flexible membership options. If you need more time, that's okay too. There's no automatic billing.

We offer classes Monday through Friday, from early morning through evening, plus one class on Saturdays. Our online booking system shows current class times and lets you reserve spots so you can view the schedule and plan your week in advance.

Yes! We have a dedicated parking lot with plenty of spaces.

Fit30 Fitness Studio operates by scheduled sessions only. All group classes follow a published timetable and must be reserved in advance; our semi-private training model means class sizes are intentionally limited to ensure individualized attention. Administrative matters and 1:1 personal training are available by appointment. This structure guarantees focused, personalized time for every member and preserves a calm, professional training environment.
